The project is partially being funded through federal sources administered by CDOT requiring our team to actively manage the contract, payments, documentation, and materials quality to meet CDOT Local Agency requirements. Our CM team has managed these requirements from the beginning, setting up the project for a seamless closeout process without findings by the CDOT Local Agency Coordinator.
